Welcome to the 2013 book study for "25 Ways to Win: The Pocket Guide to Addiction Recovery." I've heard from many of you this week and want to answer the most frequently asked questions for the many readers who will be following along but not necessarily commenting.
Q. How does this work?
A. Author Kim Halsey will post on this blog twice a week. She will take concepts from the book in roughly the order they are presented (although sometimes it may vary depending on the expressed needs of the group, much like it does in her real-time coaching practice)
Q. Is the book study group anonymous?
A. It is as anonymous as you choose to be. You can "lurk" without anyone knowing you're here. You can share your homework in the comments section after each blog. If you use a pseudoname, that's fine. If you use a first name only, good on you. If you use a full name, tremember that this is a public record and accessible to search engines.
Q. What if I have a question as we go along?
A. Please post your questions in the comments section. If you have it, chances are others who are reading along will be wondering the same thing and could benefit from hearing the answer. Kim will personallly respond to any questions, and offer insights to any public posts as needed or deemed appropriate.
Q. I have a bigger issue coming up and would like more help. Is that available?
A. Yes! Just for readers of this blog, Kim has opened up a limited number of slots in her call schedule. It is called a "burning question session" where you can get a laser-focused 30-minute coaching session for just $47. You bring your concern and brief history, Kim brings her compassion, understanding and intuition. Simple, yet profound.
Q. How do I schedule a burning question session?
A. You can contact us to ask a burning question or schedule a get-acquainted session. Pick a time that works best for you, from the comfort and privacy of your own home, and she will call you right on time!
