Brian Bennett, founder of FREEk Island (please note the unique spelling) interviewed me recently about how to handle the funk, low moods, PTSD, and resourcefulness. I met Brian last summer through Facebook and identified immediately with his imagery of 'Mainlanders' and 'Islanders' to describe the mindset difference between those caught in the business of church and those who care more about people than they do about programs.
Not only is FREEk Island a place to belong when you feel like you don't, but Brian is a safe person. That's hard to come by in my world.
Please share this with everyone you know in social media and let's see if we can broaden the discussion!
